Central Focus

In this lesson, students will be introduced to Henri Matisse’s Vegetables collage. Students will learn that collages are made by adhering different kinds of materials together to make one picture. Through the creation of the pizza collage, students will practice choice making, cutting, and gluing.

  1. Precut brown triangles

  2. Precut squares 5x5 (red, green, brown, yellow, pink)

  3. Scissors
